Tokyo Vegetarian Food Festival "VegefoodFesta" is coming up on October 17 and 18.

VegefoodFesta is an annual event held at Yoyogi Park since 2003.  It is one of the largest etarian festivals in Japan. The VFF features a wide variety of vegetarian food, and hosts 100 vendors and exhibitors, including vegetarian, macrobiotic and raw food restaurants, selected organic vegetable vendors and shops handling organic goods.

The VFF will be a great opportunity for people who want to start something healthy but don't know not know where to begin. This event is for couples, families and friends, and anybody who wants to spend good and healthy weekend.  Come and enjoy with us!  You might find your new favorite shops. restaurants and recipes at there!

For this year of VFF, we will only serving vegan food. Veganism is a type of vegetarian diet that excludes meat, fish, eggs, dairy products and all other animal-derived ingredients including honey. The reason we limit to vegan food this year is we would like more people to enjoy our festival, not only for those who pursue a healthy lifestyle but for those who have religious reason, diet restriction, allergies and other reasons.  If you haven't tried vegan food yet, you've got to come and see the wide varieties of vegan dishes, and enjoy their delicate flavor .

Come and enjoy great food, meet new people and get latest info for vegetarian diet and lifestyle.
